Within a week, Jeff sends 2–3 communities worth exploring, with the honest reasons each made the list and the data to back it.

When you fly in, your schedule is already set. Jeff handles the introductions to clubs, builders, and neighbors where helpful.

From offer through closing and into the community. Jeff's role doesn't end at the closing table.
